Below are just a few kind words about me from artists I have worked with recently.

As a freshman trying to get her name into Flagler’s theatre department,  I was scared that no one would see any potential in me and that college theatre just wasn’t for me. Montgomery, however, saw something in me. When I got cast into her show, I was ecstatic! She has been my cheerleader every step of the way and has made sure I feel confident and proud of myself. I am so lucky to have her as a mentor and I truly believe that she is the person you want when you need help improving your skills!

Montgomery will do what it takes to connect with everyone individually and creates a comfortable learning environment where you feel like you can try new things. She always encourages us to try different things, and that trial and error are a part of the learning process.

Montgomery is one of the best directors I’ve had the privilege of working with. She is professional and purposeful, but also fun and easy to talk to. If you want someone who takes a project seriously but also makes it an enjoyable process for the whole group, I could not recommend Montgomery more!

Tyler Hampton
Stage Manager, Props, and Sound Designer for The Imaginary Invalid

Montgomery always comes in with a positive and optimistic attitude. In Theatre Arts, it is easy to feel hopeless and burnt out. Montgomery is excited about the work she is producing, which is refreshing to see! Working under the direction of Montgomery has been an absolute pleasure as she ensures that all of her actors' feelings are taken seriously.

Montgomery has indeed taught me so much in the short time I’ve had the pleasure to know her, helping me grow through each rehearsal. She is such a passionate, kindhearted soul and a fantastic director, putting immense amounts of effort into each little moment. I am so appreciative of her dedication and am incredibly thankful to have a director like her.

Jay Cook
Actor, Co-Costume Designer, and Lighting Designer for The Imaginary Invalid

Montgomery is an absolute pleasure to work with; she's so understanding and considerate to everyone she meets. She has a very clear vision for what she wants and there is little that will get in her way from achieving her goal. Whenever she is faced with a challenge, she adapts quickly and very professionally.
